What is Glycerides, C10-18?
White waxy odourless solid. There is a sudden melting point at 32℃ below fairly hard plastic solid to 33.8 ~ 35.5″C when liquid. There should be no ill feeling.

It is produced by esterification of fully saturated l, 3-diglyceride (obtained from palm oil) with anhydrous edible grade oleic acid in the presence of catalyst trifluoromethanesulfonic acid.
Or from partially saturated 1, 2, 3-glycerides and stearyl ethyl ester in the presence of appropriate food grade lipases through transesterylation.
