Application

Eugenol has a strong bactericidal and local anti-corrosive effect.
Eugenol can be used as fixative and modifier for woody and oriental essence in the spice.
Eugenol is the main essence for preparation of clove and carnation flavor.
Eugenol is also often used in the mint, nut and spicy food flavor and tobacco flavor.
Eugenol can also be used to synthesize vanillin.
