What is TITANIUM NITRIDE CAS 25583-20-4？
Titanium nitride, referred to as TiN, is a synthetic ceramic material, extremely hard, its hardness is close to diamond. Titanium nitride is chemically stable at room temperature but is attacked by hot concentrated acids and oxidized at 800℃ atmospheric pressure. It has infrared (IR) reflection characteristics, and the reflection spectrum is similar to that of gold (Au), so it is light yellow.
