O que é DMTDA Cas 106264-79-3?
Dimethyl Thio-toluene Diamine (DMTDA), also known as Ethacure 300 or DMTDA Amine, is a liquid aromatic diamine curative widely used for polyurethane (PU) elastomers, polyurea coatings, and epoxy systems.
With moderate reactivity, excellent mechanical properties, and good processing flexibility, DMTDA has become one of the most popular alternatives to MOCA and other conventional aromatic diamines.
DMTDA is a new type of polyurethane elastomer curing and crosslinking agent, in which there are mainly two isomers, namely the mixture of 2,4 – and 2,6 – dimethylthiotoluene diamine (the ratio is about 77~80/17~20). Compared with the commonly used MOCA, DMTDA amine is a liquid with low viscosity at normal temperature, DMTDA amine can be used for construction operation at low temperature, and has low chemical equivalent.

Aplicação
1. Dimethyl thio-toluene diamine is a new type of liquid curing agent for polyurethane elastomer. It is widely used in polyurethane casting, coating, RIM, SPUA, polyurethane tire and adhesive for chain extension or cross-linking, and is also a curing agent for epoxy resin.
2. Como endurecedor, quando adicionado ao TDI e MTDI de dois líquidos de poliuretano, elastômeros, ele deve ser adicionado a uma taxa de 10%. Na construção civil e indústria, é frequentemente utilizado como um aditivo à prova de fogo para revestimento (camada superior e lateral da parede), proteção contra a corrosão de materiais metálicos (revestimento da parede interna do cano de ferro), e outros aspectos. O poliuretano de produtos que podem reagir com outras substâncias sem qualquer tipo de tratamento é superior ao produto de MOCA (Mocha) endurecedor.
3. Usado para impressão de poliuretano raspador de borracha, óleo de limpeza dos tubos de raspagem, etc., para melhorar a resistência de óleo do poliuretano, e a expansão de volume taxa também é baixa.
4. Ethacure 300 (DMTDA) is widely used in electronic encapsulation and potting compounds due to its low viscosity, thermal stability, and uniform curing behavior.
