Application
Titanium tetraisopropanolate CAS 546-68-9 is a catalyst used in esterification reactions and transesterification reactions of esters such as acrylic acid. As a Ziegler Natta catalyst, it has high stereoselectivity in polymerization reactions such as epoxy resin, phenolic plastic, silicone resin, polybutadiene, etc. Crosslinking various polymers or resins in paint enhances the anti-corrosion ability of coatings and promotes adhesion between coatings and surfaces. It can be directly used as a material surface modifier and adhesive promoter.
