What Is Sodium p-styrenesulfonate

White to light yellow crystalline powder. The relative molecular mass is 206.19. The relative density is 0.5 (25°C). The melting point is 330°C (decomposition). Sodium p-styrene sulfonate is a widely used surfactant, which is used to make acrylic fiber (DuPont process); the copolymer or copolymer mixture of this product and acrylic acid (Chemicalbook copolymer and acrylic acid blend) can be used as dyeing modification It can be used as a neutral agent to improve the dyeing performance of basic dyes; it can be used as a reactive emulsifier with good stability and water resistance.
