1.Polyacrylamide pam is mainly used in the treatment of industrial waste, solid-liquid separation in chemical production, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, and source water clarification treatment of waterworks, acting as a coagulant aid; the equipments mainly used are sedimentation tank, efficient coagulation pool, and some sludge dewatering equipments.

2.Polyacrylamide is used in tertiary oil recovery, increasing oil displacement efficiency, enhancing oil recovery ratio; it may also be used as a thickener, stabilizer and flocculant of drilling fluid.

3.Polyacrylamide may be used as a retention and drainage aid, reinforcing agent, and dispersing agent; meanwhile, it may be used in the treatment of paper making source water and waste water.
