Application
N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine is a general antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, neoprene rubber and base latex. It has good protective effect on heat, oxygen, flexion and general aging, and is slightly better than antioxidant A. It has an inhibitory effect on harmful metals, but is weaker than antioxidant A. If combined with antioxidant 4010 or 4010NA, the resistance to heat, oxygen, flexor cracking, and ozone resistance are significantly improved. This product has no effect on the vulcanization rate of natural rubber, nitrile rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, and has a slightly delayed effect on neoprene rubber. This product is easily decomposed in dry glue and easily dispersed in water. The solubility of this product in rubber is about 1.5%, and the dosage is not more than 1 part. The product is polluting and gradually turns to gray and black under the sun, so it is not suitable for white or light-colored products. Mainly used in manufacturing tires, rubber hose, tape, rubber roller, rubber shoes, wire and cable insulation and other industrial products. Antioxidant Ding can also be used as a stabilizer for various synthetic rubber post-treatment and storage, and can be used as a thermal antioxidant for polyformaldehyde.
