What is Fatty acids, soya?
The main components of soybean oil are linoleic acid and oleic acid, and also contain small amounts of palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. Among them, the chemical name of linoleic acid is Z, Z-9,12-octadecadienoic acid (C18Chemicalbook:2), and the chemical name of oleic acid is 9-octadecenoic acid (C18:1).
