Application
Carnauba wax can be used as a coating agent, and can be used for candies, preserved fruits, coating agents and polishes, etc.
1.Carnauba wax used in food ingredients: polishes and polishes for chewing gum, polishes for soft and hard bean-shaped colloid candies and chocolates;
2.Carnauba wax is used in building materials: floor wax: gives it an unexpected polishing and brightening effect. Rubber products: can enhance the hardness of rubber and prevent rubber hardening caused by sun cracking. It is especially useful for floor coverings. Asphalt and floor joint materials: improve its waterproofness and viscosity; roof materials: improve waterproofness and durability.
3.Daily use: shoe polish: suitable for polishing furniture with oil or water bottom shoe polish: still an incomparable polishing agent for water or oil bottom. Leather products: used for leather polishing and preservation, giving leather clothing and leather handbags a dazzling luster, and can also be used as a base for leather polishing and leather oil. Carbon paper and printing ink: known as the “life blood” of the carbon paper industry.
4.Industrial field: used to wrap exposed parts of aircraft, giving them lasting protection and reducing surface friction to increase their flight speed. Chemical industry: used in various forms and formulas in a wide range. Artificial synthetic wax: enters into synthetics to make it an all-weather bright coating for cars, trucks, buses and trains. Foundry industry: used in casting wax and galvanizing processes.
5.Agricultural field: the effect of Brazilian palm wax on the growth and development of in vitro brown rot and soft rot bacteria and the infection of the two pathogens on nectarine and plum fruits shows that it can inhibit brown rot and soft rot to a certain extent.
6.Other uses: It has a wide range of uses in the production of soaps, lipsticks, ointments, candles, matches, coatings (paints), varnishes, plasters, artificial fruits, phonograph records, etc.
