Application

1. Synthesis of High-Performance Polyimides (PI)

BPADA is polycondensed with diamines (e.g., ODA) to produce PI with high heat resistance (180–220℃) and good processability.

Electronics: Flexible PCB films, insulating papers, varnishes for motors and transformers.

Industrial components: High-temperature resistant PI plates and tubes for automotive engines and household appliances.

2. Modification of Conventional Resins

Epoxy resins: Enhances high-temperature resistance (from 120℃ to 180℃+), used in wind turbine blades and high-voltage cable insulation.
