Application
2, 6-di-tert-Butylphenol is used to make antioxidants. 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, rubber antioxidant, cresol – formaldehyde resin and plasticizer. 2, 6-di-tert-Butylphenol is used as a disinfectant in medicine, and it is also used to make dyes and surfactants.
