What is 1-decanol n-decyl alcohol CAS 112-30-1 ？
1-Decanol, also known as n-decyl alcohol or 1-Dec, is a long-chain fatty alcohol with excellent chemical stability and high purity. Slightly soluble in water, solubility in water is 2.8% (weight). Soluble in glacial acetic acid, ethanol, benzene, petroleum ether, and very easily soluble in ether. Our product, 1-Decanol 99% (cas 112 30 1), is widely used in chemical synthesis, surfactants, cosmetics, industrial lubricants, and specialty chemical production.
N-decanol is used in the manufacture of artificial rose oil, neroli and acacia flavors, etc. Also used in the manufacture of lubricant additives, plasticizers, adhesives, etc.
