What is Oleuropein?
It mainly exists in the family Rhinoceros, especially in the leaves, fruits, and virgin olive oil of olive trees. It is the most important and critical active ingredient in olive leaf extract. Olive bitter glycoside itself has a bitter taste and is the main source of the bitter taste of olive oil and olive leaves.
