Dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is slightly soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as acetone and ethanol, and easily absorbs moisture in the air. Dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride has excellent antistatic, bactericidal, antibacterial, antiseptic, corrosion inhibition, solubilizing, emulsifying and dispersing properties.
