What is L-Valine CAS 72-18-4？
L-Valine, also known as 2-amino-3-methylbutyric acid, has the chemical formula C5H11NO2. A white monoclinic crystal or crystalline powder, which appears as colorless plate-like or flaky crystals after heavy cleaning with ethanol aqueous solution. Odorless, with a special bitter taste.
