Application
The content of melanin in human skin determines the color of the skin. Tyrosine is the main raw material for producing melanin. Tyrosinase is the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis pathway of tyrosine. It mainly affects the conversion of tyrosine into polysaccharides. Pa, and the oxidation of dopa to dopaquinone affects melanin production.
