What is Trehalose CAS 99-20-7?
Trehalose, also known as α, α-trehalose, is a non-reducing disaccharide formed by dehydrating between the hemiacetal hydroxyl group on the heterocephalic carbon atom (C1) of two molecules of D-glucopyranose.
