Monoëthanolamine is een kleurloze, viskeuze vloeistof. Eenvoudig te absorberen vocht en de geur van ammoniak. Toepassing
1. Gebruikt als gaschromatografie stationaire oplossing en het oplosmiddel.
2. Gebruikt als weekmaker, vulkaniseren agent, het gaspedaal en het schuimmiddel voor synthetische harsen, rubbers, evenals tussenproducten voor bestrijdingsmiddelen, medicijnen en kleurstoffen. Het is ook een grondstof voor synthetische detergenten en emulgatoren voor cosmetica.
3. Gebruikt voor het verwijderen van zure gassen uit aardgas en aardolie gas, en voor de vervaardiging van niet-ionogene detergenten, emulgatoren, enz.
4. Oplosmiddel. De organische synthese, het verwijderen van koolstofdioxide en waterstofsulfide uit gassen.
