N,N-Dimethylbenzylamine CAS 103-83-3 can be used as a dehydrogenation catalyst, preservative, intermediate for the synthesis of 18-methylnorethisterone, trienolone, the precursor of the D ring in the total synthesis of steroid compounds, and can also be used for the synthesis of quaternary ammonium salts, catalysts for the production of new clean and dehydrogenated halide, corrosion inhibitors, acidic neutralizing agents, and accelerators for electron microscope section inclusion. It is an important intermediate in organic synthesis.
