What is Diethyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl phosphate
White or slightly yellow crystalline powder. Melting point 159-161℃. The dissolved grams in 100 ml of the following solvents at 20°C are: acetone 27, methanol 62, benzene 33, chloroform 50, n-hexane 0.6, ethyl acetate 20, water 0.01.
Anwendung
This product is a phosphorus-containing hindered phenol antioxidant with good extraction resistance. Especially suitable for polyester anti-aging. It is generally added before polycondensation because it is a catalyst for polyester polycondensation. It can also be used as a light stabilizer in polyamide and has antioxidant effects. There is a synergistic effect when used together with UV Chemicalbook absorbers. The general dosage is 0.3-1.0 parts. This product can also be used as a stabilizer for dimethyl terephthalate in storage and transportation. This product has low toxicity. The oral LD50 of mice is >5000mg/kg.
